Sound CDs are an easy way of exposing litters early in their development to scary environmental sounds that they are likely to encounter in the world. Sound CDs have been proven to aid in social development and nurturing confidence in puppies. Sound CDs are a great way of slowly exposing and conditioning puppies to scary sounds that will be relevant when they venture into their family homes. CDs can be played to litters in their whelp rooms as soon as ears are open, at quiet volume. As pups develop and venture outside the whelping box, and eventually outside into the wider world, MaxPuppy sound CDs can be played at increasing levels of volume to broaden the experience that puppies have in a day.

As you watch a litter grow and age, you can also begin to identify pups who appear to be more sensitive to particular sounds or pitches, and pups who take all sounds in their stride. There is no limit as to how broadly sounds CDs can be utilised. If required they can be played during a pups social development through to adulthood, so they can become accustomed to novel sounds while residing in an environment that they trust – their home.
