A HANDY BOOK THAT KEEPS MY CUSTOMERS HAPPY!
I keep my nsw copy of the pet directory on a chain next to my customer reception desk I just put a punch hole in the corner near the spine of the directory so no one can (borrow) it as we would say , and the customers often ask about a pet or pet product or supplier etc and with the easy to find index in the back of the book in no time at all we have a problem solved .

The directory’s presentation and use of colour, the status of your contributors and the wide ranging area of subject matter is really without peer; and this is doubly so as a ‘first’ edition. We noted a very timely warning by Danii to bird owners in relation to Bird Theft. Might we add that the Parrot Society of Australia Inc. has on its main web site, a link that takes one to the Stolen Bird Hotline, which is an initiative of the Avicultural Federation of Australia Inc. The Hotline is recording avian thefts Australia wide and is accessed via: http://www.parrotsociety.org.au and than by following the links.The Queensland Council of Bird Societies Inc.
