Read what people have to say about The Pet Directory...
We breed Californian quail. The Pet Directory has not only been a great way to advertise our birds, but also network with other game bird owners/breeders. We have managed to meet some excellent bird breeders and exchange genetics. Thanks for the great looking website!

||Effective and Top Quality Bird Breeder Advertising!
As a bird breeder that has been breeding and selling birds for over 30 years now I realise the importance of top quality advertising. A few years ago I began to advertise my aviary through the Pet Directory and have been delighted with the results. The staff I have dealt with have been extremely helpful and accommodating and have gone out of their way to assist me where ever they can. Being a top quality business, The Pet Directory has saved me from a lot of annoying, nuisance emails and calls that are often the result of advertising birds through free advertising sites. Nearly all the contacts I get now are genuine enquiries and the number of these have increased immensely. The Pet Directory, in my opinion, gives the best value for money advertising that can be found on the internet. I would recommend their site to anyone interested in animals of any type and encourage people to utilise all of the services and information on offer. Thankyou to the wonderful people at Pet Directory and I look forward to continuing my business with you for many years to come.

I would like you to know that we have had a lot of interest
in our stock generated from the Pet Directory. These were from far afield
as Western Australia and Northern Territory. I would recommend any one
to advertise with you and I have already done so. Thank you for allowing
me to be in your directory and wish you the best for the future.

||FIND ME ON THE PET DIRECTORY!
You guys have done a great job with my listing. Whenever anyone rings me
requesting photos of pups I just tell them to access petdirectory.com and
they are so impressed! I get a lot of calls from breeders, vet nurses, trainers
etc so it gives you publicity as well as saving me getting my own website.
Keep up the good work!
ALL PUPPIES SOLD THANKS TO THE PET DIRECTORY!
The Pet Directory is great. I have a woman coming on Friday to look at
my last pup and she got my name from the Pet Directory. It really does

A HANDY BOOK THAT KEEPS MY CUSTOMERS HAPPY!
I keep my nsw copy of the pet directory on a chain next to my customer
reception desk I just put a punch hole in the corner near the spine of
the directory so no one can (borrow) it as we would say , and the customers
often ask about a pet or pet product or supplier etc and with the easy
to find index in the back of the book in no time at all we have a problem

HELPING THE "RIPPLE" EFFECT FOR WELFARE OF PARROTS
Just a short e-mail to congratulate you on the outstanding effort you
have made with the Pet
Directory. I think this publication will grow and become a very important
and valuable reference source for the pet industry. I was very impressed
with the layout, format and quality of
presentation. On behalf of the over 350 members of the Companion Parrot
Support Network thankyou sincerely for including our article and providing
exposure for Australia’s only coordinated and free network for companion
parrot carers. If parrot owners out there gain exposure to the information
we provide at www.parrot-behaviour.info via the Pet Directory then you
have helped continue the `ripple effect’ that ultimately will improve
the captive welfare of parrots in Australia.
||THE PET DIRECTORY AN ASSET TO THE PET INDUSTRY
Keep up the great work, we have the first issue which Stewart Williamson
and you have made an excellent magazine which will be an asset to the pet
industry we are sure.
On behalf of my Council I would like to congratulate you and your
team on the outstanding work apparent in the production of The Pet Directory.
The directory’s presentation and use of colour, the status of your
contributors and the wide ranging area of subject matter is really without
peer; and this is doubly so as a ‘first’ edition. We noted
a very timely warning by Danii to bird owners in relation to Bird Theft.
Might we add that the Parrot Society of Australia Inc. has on its main
web site, a link that takes one to the Stolen Bird Hotline, which is an
initiative of the Avicultural Federation of Australia Inc. The Hotline
is recording avian thefts Australia wide and is accessed via: http://www.parrotsociety.org.au
and than by following the links. The Queensland Council of Bird Societies
Inc. (QCBS) is Queensland’s peak avicultural body, representng many
thousands of bird owners throughout the state. Again, congratulations
to you all.

||The year 2005 has seen the Reptile keeping/hobby industry in Australia
“only just beginning”
and it is most refreshing to see an Australian publication such as the Pet
Directory with its great Reptile Section. It provides a very useful resource
in the Reptile Section with listings, vet articles, contact information
and great photos for the novice reptile keeper as well as the “seasoned
old herpers”. Now we have a reference book to help us make our choices.

We truly appreciate all of the wonderful support from the Pet Directory
in assisting us to let people know that there are so many beautiful animals
waiting patiently for new homes at the Animal Welfare League Qld.

All those I spoke to were impressed with the level of your Club sponsorship,
also our logo on
the front cover and your company’s commitment to promoting purebred
dogs and not the designer dog industry. Our ongoing partnership will provide
us with additional opportunities to continue the campaign against “designer
dogs”, as well as the opportunity to promote the RNSWCC to the general
dog owning public as well as to veterinarians and pet stores. Also by
including our breed club contact details, our show dates for 2005, etc
our hobby will receive a lot more public exposure than has been previously
been so readily available.Would you please pass on to the Publishers,
not only mine, but that of all members of the RNSWCC our sincere thanks
for the spectacular sponsorship received by our Specialty and All Breed
Clubs. Looking forward to a continued partnership with “The Pet
Directory” in promoting pure breed dogs.
