Animal Welfare League NSW AWL NSW is a registered charity that has been operating for over 60 years. We provide expert care to surrendered neglected and abandoned animals across NSW. We believe that all companion animals in NSW deserve a safe and loving home. We strive to accomplish this through our work in rehoming education and discount desexing programs. /r/n/r/nWe are one of the only three regulating bodies authorised to exercise powers under the NSW Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. Microship Implanters Accreditation Course
It is a requirement of the Companion Animals Act 1998, that all dogs, cats, puppies and kittens be microchipped for permanent identification. To conform with this ruling all dogs, cats, puppies and kittens adopted from the League are microchipped from 8 weeks of age.

Dog and Cat Boarding Ingleside Centre is a mulit-functional facility for the boarding of dogs and cats as well as an adoption centre for dogs and puppies.
